The Ground Support Worldwide team and IAEMA Board of Directors have closely monitored the developments around the COVID-19 pandemic and have made the difficult decision to reschedule the 2020 event from October 20-22, 2020 to October 5-7, 2021 at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Our team is committed to putting the health of our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and employees at the forefront of our efforts and we are already hard at work in planning an exceptional 2021 event.

We value your partnership as attendees, exhibitors and sponsors in making the International GSE Expo a successful and exciting event. Here are the different options for your participation:

 

FOR REGISTERED ATTENDEES:

  • Your registration will be transferred to the new dates; no further action is required.  Contact us for questions or additional assistance.

 

FOR CONTRACTED EXHIBITORS:

  • Option 1: Your exhibit space and/or sponsorship will be transferred to the new dates. We will lock in your 2020 booth pricing and guarantee no price increase for 2021. Communication will be coming soon regarding next steps.
     
  • Option 2: Contact us to re-allocate your deposit from the event to other advertising opportunities within Endeavor Aviation Group, which includes: Ground Support Worldwide, Airport Business, AMT, and AviationPros.com.

 

If you have made hotel room reservations through our housing company, there is no need to call. Connections Housing will cancel rooms on your behalf and will contact you once the site is ready to accept reservations. If you have booked hotel rooms outside of our housing company, you will have to cancel or rebook on your own.
